SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered by Paint By Numbers King. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

This applies to orders fulfilled from both:
• Our USA warehouse
• Our International warehouse

Custom made or personalized items may require additional production time before dispatch. During peak seasons, including November and December, processing times may be extended due to high order volumes.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.

2. Warehouse Fulfillment

We operate two fulfillment centers:
• USA Warehouse
• International Warehouse

Orders are assigned to a warehouse based on product type, customization requirements, inventory availability, and operational logistics.

Warehouse selection is determined internally and cannot be requested or guaranteed.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

United States:
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

International Orders:
Estimated delivery time is 9 to 16 working days.

All delivery timeframes are carrier provided averages and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, peak seasonal congestion, or local postal service performance.

Paint By Numbers King does not guarantee specific delivery dates unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact us immediately at support@paintbynumbersking.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer, failed delivery attempts due to incomplete information, or orders delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts may incur a restocking and return fee or be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items shipped from our International warehouse may not be deliverable to:
• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
• Remote locations such as Alaska and Hawaii

USA warehouse shipments are primarily delivered via USPS and generally do not have these restrictions.

If an address is deemed undeliverable, we may request an alternative address before dispatch.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit

We provide complimentary shipping protection for packages that are lost in transit or damaged during transit.

In such cases, we may offer either a replacement shipment or a refund.

The following situations are not considered lost in transit:
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout
• Theft after confirmed delivery
• Delays caused by customs or carrier congestion

Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Change of Mind
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unopened and remains in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom made or personalized items are non returnable.

7.2 Carrier Related Returns
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we may issue a refund minus return shipping and restocking fees.

7.3 Warranty Claims
We provide a 30 day warranty for manufacturing defects beginning from the delivery date. Shipping related issues are handled under this Shipping Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Paint By Numbers King is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and do not constitute a contractual obligation for delivery within a specific timeframe.
