Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
Orders from U.S./UK/EU are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends. International orders take 2-3 business days, with customized orders extending to 2-5 business days. During peak seasons (November-December), processing times may be longer due to high order volumes. You will receive order and shipping confirmation emails, including tracking information once your order is fulfilled.

2. Changes to the Shipping Address
Email us immediately if you need to change the shipping address. Once dispatched, we cannot amend the address. Double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. Orders from the U.S. warehouse are dispatched quickly, reducing the window for address changes. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses; returned orders will incur a restock and return fee or be reshipped at your expense.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Estimated Delivery Times

These are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship overseas factory items to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. warehouse items are primarily delivered via USPS without such restrictions.

5. Protection for Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
We provide complimentary insurance for lost or damaged items, covering a new shipment or a refund. Missing parcels after delivery or parcels delivered to the wrong address are not covered.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • 6.1 Return Due to Change of Mind: Accepted within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Custom made items cannot be returned.
  • 6.2 Return Due to Carrier Issues: Customers must provide the correct address and ensure safe delivery. We will refund items minus a return and restocking fee if returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up.
  • 6.3 Warranty Claims: 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Shipping-related claims follow our shipping policy.
