Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have purchased items directly from Paint By Numbers King. Voluntary returns require covering the postage fee unless the item is damaged, in which case we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Our return policy lasts 60 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Non-returnable items include custom kits, gift cards, sale items, and pre-stretched/board kits.
2. Return Process
Do not refuse packages. Accept deliveries and contact us directly to return an item. We'll provide instructions on how to proceed.
3. Exchanges
For refunds or exchanges, email us at support@paintbynumbersking.com. Voluntary returns are subject to return fees as outlined in section 4.
4. Return Fees
To return a product, email us for further instructions. Use a carrier of your choice and keep the tracking number safe. Return fees are the customer’s responsibility. We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting the return. Refunds are issued within 5 business days if everything is in order.
5. Order Cancellation
Double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Cancel orders within 24 hours after payment by emailing us with the subject "CANCEL ORDER" and your order number. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled. Custom kits cannot be canceled if production has started. Payment gateway fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total order value.
6. In-Transit Issues
We offer package protection to cover lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. If you experience issues, contact us. Without package protection, we are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen orders. We will resend or refund orders lost or damaged in transit but will only resend (not refund) for stolen items.
7. Non-Transit Issues
Contact us if you receive the wrong product, incorrect specifications, or missing items. We will resend missing or incorrect items. We do not offer refunds for missing paint colors or minor damage to packaging if the product inside is intact. For custom orders, refunds are only given for clear damage or factory faults, not based on personal taste or if photo guidelines were not followed.
